RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with what is indicated in the following paragraph (a) for standard orders and in the following paragraph.
Paragraph (c) indicates the cases of exclusion of the user's right of withdrawal. In paragraph (d) we have inserted the form that the user can use to withdraw from the contract.
Right of withdrawal
The user can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without having to provide any reasons.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the day on which the user, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user, acquires physical possession of the ordered product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user is required to inform us (POOMP ----, ADDRESS -------------- email address: poomplife@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (eg by sending us a communication by post or email). The user can use the attached withdrawal form, but the use of this form is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all amounts received by you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the user's decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund using the same payment method used by the user for the transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the user will not incur any costs as a result of this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until the user has demonstrated that he has returned the products, whichever occurs first.
The user is required to return the products or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the user returns the products before the 14-day deadline has expired.
The user will have to bear the direct costs for returning the products. The user will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the user or goods that are tailor-made or personalized is essential;

for the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

for the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
-
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
REFUNDS
When we receive your items, a refund is processed immediately. How the refund is processed depends on the payment method used:
If you paid by credit or debit card , the refund is sent to the card issuer within five business days of receiving the returned item or request for cancellation. To find out when the credit will be credited to your account, contact the card issuer.
If you paid with a Paypal account, The refund is sent to your Paypal account within five working days of receiving the returned item or requesting cancellation. The credit will be immediately credited to your Paypal account.
If you paid by bank transfer , the refund is sent to the bank within five working days of receiving the returned item or requesting cancellation. It is necessary to notify Poomp in advance by email. (poomplife@gmail.com) your bank details. Usually within 24/48 hours, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
